Sandelovich Keeps Queens from Getting Lit Up by Calgary Fire

WINNIPEG, MB — After going 2-1-0 through their first three at the Female World Sport School Challenge, the Sportop Midget AA Queens were matched up against the Calgary Fire. Molly Kunnas would setup Jocelyn Wojciechowski on the powerplay for the first goal of the game mid-way through the second. The lead held until late in the third when Calgary would tie it up. With the game not being able to be settled in overtime, it went to a shootout which Calgary ultimately would win 2-1. Queens goalie Kamryn Sandelovich saw more rubber than the Trans-Canada Highway, stopping 49 of 50 shots; An easy pick for player of the game.
